Internship E-Learning (Digital Learning) & Learning Design

POSTE PROPOSÉ :

PROFIL DU CANDIDAT :

Within HR department and Learning & Development service, the intern will participate in development and implementation of online learning strategy for onboarding and development of Sigfox employees & partners.

This strategy encompasses setting up the online learning programs for different Sigfox jobs via our online learning platform. Several learning contents should be developed or updated in different multimedia formats (rapid e-learning, video, screencast tutorials,…)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1/ Accompany the Employee E-Learning Manager in following actions:

Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts and gather the inputs Create the storyboards Develop the courses in authoring tools (Storyline 2, Movie maker, and so on) Participate in the review & validation process Publish the courses in our Learning Management System and follow-up engagement 2/ Work on consolidation and improvement of our graphic resources & contents -> graphic design

3/ Participate in LMS management, user experience improvement

KEY SKILLS Graphic Design skills would be much appreciated (Adobe suite or other) English advanced Storyline 2, PPT, movie maker,… Text to speech software LMS management Passionate about learning science and technology Growth mindset Curious, responsible, proactive, adaptable, creative

TYPE DE CONTRAT :
